Is this an IT service management (ITSM) tool like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management?+

No. ChangeGate doesn’t manage incidents, service desks, or asset inventories. It’s purpose-built for change governance: the approval, risk and evidence layer that sits underneath business, operational and IT change, without the cost or complexity of a full ITSM suite.

Does ChangeGate help us pass a SOC 2, ISO 27001 or TISAX audit?+
